Are the packs reusable?
Yes they can be used many times and have an indefinite shelf-life
Can they be heated as well as frozen?
Yes the packs can be warmed in a microwave in short 10 second increments until desired and comfortable temperature has been achieved
What are the contents of the pack
Pack contains water and Propylene Glycol. Does NOT contain Ethylene Glycol
